The longest-running unofficial party list for Black Hat, BSides Las Vegas, and DEF CON in Las Vegas. Plan your Hacker Summer Camp week, track applications, and spot new listings as vendors publish them.

All times are Pacific (PT). Signup links open the vendor's page — we do not run registrations here.

What's new

Feature tour — first-time visitors get a guided walkthrough; replay anytime with the button at the top of Help.
New badge — parties added since your last visit.
Updated badge (amber) — title, time, location, or description changed.
Party reminders — in event details, pick 15 min, 30 min, or 1 hour before start, or Off. Personal alerts only; not the site-wide Subscribe push.
Mark all seen — clears New/Updated when you are caught up.
Smarter refresh — every 6 hours Aug 1–11; 48 hours off-season. Refresh Now forces a sync (5-minute cooldown).
Calendar import / export — calendar_import_export downloads or imports .ics for Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar (approved parties and/or private blocks, Pacific times, Aug 1–11 window).

Views & badges

Card view — grid of events; click for details and signup.
Agenda view — events by day with time ranges.
New / Updated — shown on cards, agenda rows, and the event modal.
Show New / Updated filter — focus on unseen or freshly synced parties.

Your schedule

Approved (green) — plan to attend; counts toward Party-O-Meter™.
Pending (blue) — applied, waiting to hear back.
Rejected (red) — ruled out; hide with Hide Rejected.
Saved automatically in this browser — no account required.

Private commitments

> private_commitments — block dinners, flights, meetings, and other fixed plans. Stored in this browser only.
Agenda view only — amber rows on your timeline (not Card view). Turn on Show Private in filters if needed.
Pacific (Vegas) time — enter and view times in PT, same as parties and Pipeline. Dates limited to Aug 1–11, 2026; start auto-fills end +1 hour.
Share private blocks only — DCP codes / links that share busy blocks without party picks. Per-row Share copies a one-block link.
calendar_import_export — download or import .ics files (Google, Outlook, Apple). Import adds private blocks; times in UTC or other U.S. zones are converted to Pacific. Events outside Aug 1–11 PT are skipped.
Export My Schedule (Share/Sync) also includes your private blocks when you export your full schedule.

Getting invited

Use a work email — vendors often prioritize corporate addresses over free providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, etc.). A company domain signals you are industry, not a random signup.
Fill forms accurately — title, company, and LinkedIn matter on many invite-only lists. Use Cut & Paste to keep your details consistent across signups.
Vendors will contact you — when you submit a registration, the host gets your info and may email you about approval, waitlists, or event updates. Use an inbox you actually check during Drunk Camp.
Expect follow-up — approval is not instant on most parties. Mark events Pending here so you remember what you applied for while you wait.

Find & filter

Search — title, location, date, or description. Prefix with - to exclude temporarily (e.g. -microsoft). Click Always hide to save an exclusion permanently; remove saved words with the × chips below search.
My Approved / Pending / Friends — focus on your list or imported friend schedules.
Status filters — below search in Card or Agenda view: Hide Past, Hide Rejected, Hide Approved, Show Pending Only, Show My Approved, Friends, New/Updated, etc.
Agenda day filters — weekday checkboxes below status filters, Agenda view only.
Keyword filters — collapsible panel above the view tabs for bulk edit; same list as the removable chips below search.

Staying current

Last refreshed — timestamp and auto-refresh interval above the list.
New / updated counts — e.g. 2 new · 1 updated; use Mark all seen when done.
Refresh Now — pull the latest feed before planning your day.
First visit — existing parties are not marked New; only additions after your baseline.
Subscribe tab — optional site-wide push alerts when the DCP team sends an update. Not the same as per-party reminders.

Share & tools

Share a party — link icon in event details, or hold a card/agenda row (mobile) / right-click (desktop). Opens that party for anyone with the link, even if your filters would hide it.
Export / import — Share/Sync encodes Approved, Pending, Rejected, and (by default) your private commitments. Check Don’t include private on export when sharing only party picks with friends. calendar_import_export downloads .ics for Google/Outlook.
Friends — import a nickname + code; friend approvals show in orange with name tags on cards/agenda. Use Remove under Manage Friend Schedules to drop an import. Optional import checkbox skips private/busy blocks. Friend private blocks that match something you already have (same time + title) are skipped so they do not double up.
Flex on 'em — share your approved count from Party-O-Meter™.
Cut & Paste — store name, email, title, shirt size, etc. for fast signup forms.
Submit a party — Submit tab or paste a URL in search.
Dark mode — sun/moon toggle in the header.

Privacy & import safety

Schedules, private commitments, filters, profiles, and "seen" baselines stay in your browser only.
Share codes are encoded, not encrypted — share only with people you trust.
Imported data is display-only. Share codes and .ics files can only add or update schedule text (titles, notes, times) in your browser. They cannot run scripts, download files, redirect the page, or change party data from the live feed.
Imported titles and notes are escaped when shown and stripped of control characters. Only import codes and calendar files from people you trust — same as any copy-paste from a friend.
Sign Up, Approved, and Rejected clicks are tracked anonymously for popularity stats.
