Help & Features

Viewing Events

• Card View: A visual grid of all events.
• Agenda View: A list of events grouped by day.

Personalizing Your Schedule

• Approved (Green): Mark events you plan to attend. These are counted in your "Party-O-Meter".
• Pending (Blue): Mark events you've applied to but haven't heard back from yet.
• Rejected (Red): Mark events you were rejected from to keep track.
• Your choices are saved automatically in your browser!

Filtering

• Search Bar: Instantly search by title, location, date, or description.
• Agenda Filters: When in Agenda View, you can filter by day of the week and hide events based on their status (Past, Rejected, Pending, etc.).
• Keyword Filters: Permanently hide events containing specific words (like "breakfast") using the "Keyword Filters" section.

Sharing & Collaboration

• Export My Schedule: Generates a code that saves all your event statuses (Approved, Rejected, Pending).
• Import a Schedule:
  • Paste a code without a nickname to sync your own schedule across devices.
  • Paste a code with a nickname to import a friend's approved schedule, which will appear in orange.
• Manage Friends: Easily remove imported friend schedules.

Other Features

• Party-O-Meter™: A fun progress bar that shows how full your approved schedule is.
• Flex on 'em: Share your party count on X or via email with one click.
• Submit a Party: Use the "Submit a Party" tab or search for a URL to suggest new events for the calendar.
• Cut & Paste: Save your registration info for yourself and friends to easily copy/paste into forms.
• Smart Refresh: Calendar data is cached for 48 hours to reduce load times. You can force a refresh every 5 minutes with the "Refresh Now" button.
• Analytics: Clicks on "Sign Up," "Approved," and "Rejected" are tracked anonymously to help us understand which events are the most popular.
